Do I qualify for Free Shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $99* (applied at checkout).
*Free Shipping available in the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) & is shipped via standard shipping times.


When will my order arrive?

Ground shipments are sent from our warehouse located in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. View the map below for an estimate.

The typical cut off time for ALL expedited shipping and deliveries is 1:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Please see more details below:
  • Ground & 3 Day Delivery - No Sunday or Holiday delivery.
  • 2 Day & 1 Day Delivery - No Weekend or Holiday delivery.
  • Freight Delivery - No Weekend or Holiday delivery.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Since we do not ship packages with the United States Postal Service, we cannot ship to a P.O. box. A physical address is required.


Why do priority-shipping orders sometimes take longer than the designated time period to arrive from date of shipping?

Priority-shipping orders may exceed designated delivery times due to factors such as a late-day placement, delayed shipping, and varying packing times. Next Day Air may take 1-2 days, 2nd Day Air 2-3 days, and 3-day Express 3-4 days. Customers will be notified promptly of any delays, as well as when their order ships.
